Book Your Free Architecture Review

A free 30-45 minute architecture review

We review your architecture, controls, and top risks across the seven control layers — model control, prompt operations, guardrails, budget governance, tool governance, observability, and evals — and identify the highest-risk gaps before they hit your users. We prepare from a scorecard pre-read, so the time goes to your system, not to discovery. Fill in the AI readiness scorecard first if you want the pre-read to carry more weight.

What to have ready

What you are shipping

The product or feature the review should focus on — what it does for users and where AI sits in it.

Tools and model providers

The agents, integrations, gateways, and model providers in play, at whatever level of detail you have today.

Where the pain shows up

Where production incidents, runaway costs, or reliability complaints surface — the places that worry you most.

That is the whole list

There is no gate, no screening form, and nothing to prepare beyond the three points above.

The agenda: architecture, controls, top risks

We map your AI system against the seven control layers and score each one against your system. No slides, no sales pitch — just the assessment.

Architecture

How your system is put together — agents, model providers, gateways, and integrations — and where the design concentrates risk.

Controls

Each of the seven layers — model control, prompt operations, guardrails, budget governance, tool governance, observability, and evals — scored against what your system actually does.

Top risks

The handful of gaps most likely to cause incidents or cost pain before users find them, with owners and priorities.

You keep the output

You leave with the risk map whether or not we work together.

What happens after the review

Written summary in two days

You receive a short written summary of the review within two business days of the call. See the fictional example written review for the format and evidence limits.

Proposal in five days, if it fits

If both sides see a fit, you receive a separately scoped proposal within five business days of the call.

A plain no, when there is no fit

If there is no fit, we say so plainly. You are under no obligation, and the summary is yours to keep.

One follow-up, then silence

If a proposal goes unanswered, we send exactly one polite follow-up after a week — then we stop.
